If you have connected your Dexcom and Tandem pump and use your pump to view your blood sugar you need to take a few extra steps to ensure Steady gets data from your CGM.
- Make sure you have the Dexcom app installed on your mobile device
- Open the Dexcom app and make sure its connected to the transmitter and sensor you are currently wearing
- Keep your mobile device somewhat close to you at least once every few hours so that the data can be uploaded to Dexcom
- If you restart your phone or similar, make sure you open the Dexcom app after to ensure it’s running
