Once you’ve had your first visit, gotten your continuous glucose monitor (CGM), and shared your CGM data (and pump data, if applicable) with us, it’s time to start a tracking period! You can do so by clicking on the “Home” button on the bottom left of the toolbar and then clicking “Start a Tracking Period”. For 7 days, you’ll track food, drink, exercise, and insulin, add notes for the things you are curious or have questions about, and then schedule a tracking review visit for two weeks after the first day of your tracking period.

Please log your events ONLY in the Steady app. DO NOT log in Libre or Dexcom apps.
